1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Batrixmedia website (batrixmedia.vercel.app) and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Batrixmedia provides professional video editing services for the real estate industry, including but not limited to:

• Real estate video editing
• AI-powered video enhancements
• Drone footage editing
• Social media content creation
• 360° virtual tour editing
• Property marketing content

Specific service details, pricing, and deliverables are agreed upon separately for each project.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided via our contact form or email are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed once a project scope is agreed upon in writing (email or message). We reserve the right to adjust pricing for projects that significantly exceed the originally scoped requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon per project. Standard terms are:

• 50% advance payment before work begins
• 50% balance upon delivery of the final video
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, PayPal, and other methods as agreed upon. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee.

5. Project Timeline and Delivery

Standard delivery timelines are 24–48 hours for basic edits and 3–5 business days for complex cinematic projects. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost. Timelines begin once we receive all required raw footage and project brief. Delays in providing materials may extend the delivery date.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. A revision is defined as a change to the delivered video that was not part of the original project brief. New requests, additional footage, or scope changes are not considered revisions and may be quoted separately.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all raw footage, images, and materials you provide to us. We claim no rights over your original content.

Our Edits: Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the edited videos for any purpose. We retain the right to use edited work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all project materials as confidential. Raw footage, project details, and client information will not be shared with third parties without your written consent. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you specifically request confidentiality.

9. Limitation of Liability

Batrixmedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from the use of our edited content.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Projects may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund of any advance payment. Once work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable. If we are unable to complete a project for any reason, we will refund any unearned portion of the payment.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or business outcomes from the use of our edited content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
