100% Risk-Free Demo Guarantee
We build your custom interactive demo first. If your custom demo is not delivered within 24 hours of receiving details, your build is 100% free. If not live within 48 hours after approval, we refund $200 CAD automatically.
1. Pre-Payment Demo Period
Initial demo builds are provided free of charge with zero obligation or credit card required. You inspect the live interactive flow with your salon name before making any payment decision.
2. Launch Guarantee Refund Terms
Once Client approves the demo and pays the one-time $1,000 CAD build fee, Batrix Media guarantees full website launch within 48 hours. If launch is delayed past 48 hours due to Company fault, Client receives an immediate $200 CAD partial refund.
3. Post-Launch Cancellation
Because custom website code, domain configuration, and server setups are fully deployed and handed over to Client, the one-time build fee is non-refundable after successful 48-hour launch. Client retains 100% ownership of code, domain, and database files.
4. Monthly Service Cancellation
Optional $79/mo (or $49/mo) maintenance and SMS sending subscriptions may be canceled at any time with zero penalty or cancellation fees.
5. Submitting a Refund Request
To claim a refund under our 48-hour delivery guarantee, email billing@batrixmedia.com with your salon name and demo request reference number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
